My phone is locked and asking for a MCK code?

Hola mi telefono esta bloqueado me solicita el codigo MCK nunca he ingresado ningun codigo al momento de comprar el telefono el agente de servicioa ATyT debio ingresar multiples codigos ahora sucede q despues de un año quiero pasarme a internet Xfinity mobile y me he dado cuenta del daño q me han ocasionado la en ATyT y no me brindan ninguna solucion quien podria por favor ayudarme con eso gracias

Hello luisDiaz, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with  wanting to switch providers on your device. MCK Code is needed after trying to guess or enter the wrong network unlock code a few times. If you continue entering incorrect codes, there is a real risk that the phone will become deadlocked to the original network, making it impossible to be used with any other SIM.

Have you received a network unlock code and have entered it so that your phone can be used with a different carrier?

hello good afternoon I contacted ATyT and they tell me that my case is waiting with you since February of this year and that I still have to wait for the code that you should give them they tell me that they are you in samsung q they have not given them the mcK code since February until today April 9, 2025 and fill out numerous case forms and nothing this is really boring

Network unlock code is only provided by your carrier. Visit a store if what they gave you is incorrect.

In fact, I've already gone to the store where I bought the phone and they tell me that Samsung must provide that code to the AT&T service and they to me, but what they give me is another code that has nothing to do with the MCK network code.

If it's up to 12 months since you bought it or the phone is paid off, tell them it's the law that they must provide the code. Samsung provides all codes when the phones are shipped to carriers. They have a database of the codes tied to each IMEI device/number they sell to customers.

I bought it in installments but I paid it in full after about 6 months. I have the purchase invoice, the IMEI, all the information they ask for, I provide it and they don't offer me a solution. It's really boring. I don't know what's going on with ATyT. According to them, it's Samsung, but I've been waiting for that code since February.

Remind whoever you talk to that they are required by law to unlock it if it is paid in full, even if the installment contract was for 24 months or any other time. If you're still getting bill credit, they may not want to unlock it until after 12 months.

T-mobile provides an app you can use to unlock it yourself as long as you're not owing anything on it. They will help you unlock it if the app doesn't work.
