Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

Took me all day to pre order, the site was crashing and would not let me sign in, the app was glitchy too. I was finally able to get my pre order in. Titanium Black. I wanted that all black frame.

Me too, also wasn't giving me my extra $50 credit.
Took all day, got a good deal.
Will sell the Watch 6 Classic I got for $82 with my $150 credit for $275 to off set the phone cast. Already have a W6 Classic lte.

There were differences from the app and site. But it's still weird though. App only showed me $100 credit, the site on desktop gave me $150 and when you select your cases, the cart still shows a price on a couple of them. Which makes no sense. The full credit didn't even apply once in the cart. I just said screw it and just went with it anyway. Thankfully had some points to use.

How did you get the $50 credit to work? I am having the same issue.

I uninstalled the Samsung Shop app, reinstalled it voila, $150 credit.
I also cleared my browsing history for 24hr on Chrome.
Since the Shop Samsung app is basically just a portal.
