I had the same thing happen. I ordered the 512gb titanium Grey while the live event was going on. Ended up with the same message. I attempted 4 more times and used different cc s with same billing and shipping address. I even used google pay. I ended up finding a samsung care phone number to call and they worked the problem. I did receive another message on my flip 5 from samsung later that night which was 2 days ago. I was able to order and get my trade in value for my flip5 which started at 600 and by then dropped to 450. My new cart showed the original trade in value and the $50 credit for pre registering. Ordered with my cc and did not get a sorry we had to cancel message. The only issue is that I now have to wait until March for my s24 ultra against a Jan 31 delivery date when I 1st ordered. I can live with this. The samsung care member did me right and kudo s to her hard work. Looking forward to receiving the s24 ultra. Who knows, maybe it will be delivered early.
