Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

So, I recently preorder the new samsung galaxy s24 ultra thru the Samsung website, I just want to know if it's easy to do warranties with samsung like when I need it and not to be waiting and waiting for a response.. 

I have an s23 ultra as well that I bought with my carrier and I'm just trying pay it off to use the new one. Always a samsung fan.

When you preorder directly from Samsung, they offer the additional insurance at the same time. You didn’t notice it? Try to contact them ASAP and ask it to be added prior to shipping.

If you preordered from Samsung Shop directly or their website it was there. Give them a call & tell them you need to add it & didn't see it. It is quite reasonable less costly than Geek Squad or other retailers provide. Try them 2day if not available try chat on Shop Samsung have your order # ready & implore them to sign you up for it before they ship.
