S 24 Ultra: How to enable notification or flash alert for missed call notifications.

Question on the S24 Ultra regarding SMS and missed call notifications. Is there a way to enable a notification sound or flash that will alert you until message has been checked? Having trouble recognizing I have a missed call or text after I've been away from my phone unless I touch the screen.
