This one is solely on Samsung. They have had Android 15 probably since Q2 of last year.

Since when does October count as Q2?  Android 15 was RELEASED to Pixel devices in October, and was reportedly given to manufacturers in August.  Seems to me like the 8th month out of 12 is not in the second quarter, unless I am confused by what a quarter is...

Samsung has no control over when Android comes out, and it is required to be released before Samsung can finish up their One UI.

Google started work on Android 15 in FEBSRUARY, they then give it Samsung around March.

The internet would beg to differ with you, and I know for a fact that no device had the actual release of Android 15 until late October. (that is when google released their O/S to their devices.)

Since Samsung is Googles largest customer. they get the developer and Manufacturer BETA!

So Samsung got the beta of a complete re-work of android 1 month after Google started working on it, and Google did not release THEIR version for 9 additional months, all with no changes that needed to be given to Samsung?  Googling this shows that Google did not give this to developers until August, several different searches.  Several different sites.

I don't have any trouble believing what you screen-shotted, but this in no way shape or form proves your definitive dates.

Of course they did, especially this version of Android, it is highly integrated with Google Gemini. They have been working on the integration for 2-3 years.
