Selfie camera output is slightly blurry. S20+ was great. Not sure what needs to be done now.

Make sure you don't have a case or screen protector that covers the front-facing camera. Next, take some glass cleaner and clean the lens area. Then, of course, you want to set the settings to your preferences. Don't forget to utilize the camera assistant settings.

Yeah, I don't have any protection over the front punch-hole camera.

Share a screenshot of your camera settings. Maybe I can figure out what's going on.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely understand how frustrating this may be to have your selfie camera blurry. These articles contain several troubleshooting steps you can try, including testing the camera in Safe Mode

For blurry and dark photos: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001424/

Camera not focusing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001297/
Safe Mode (to see if third-party applications are responsible): https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If these steps do not work, you can also try a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

And don't forget to check to make sure there is no film over the camera. This sometimes gets missed. If this does not help, we recommend letting a service technician have a look.
