Tap View, Tap Sound constant notification

Why does the phone constantly sends me the Tap View, Tap Sound notification. I don't want a constant notification.

This just causes us to disable this feature entirely. I would keep like using it but there is no way to turn off this obnoxious notification

Hi! Unfortunately, the only way to disable this is by turning the feature off. You could also go to Smart Things notification settings and select "Silent" or turn the notifications completely off.

For a Samsung phone, to stop the constant Tap View and Tap Sound notifications, go to Settings > Apps > Tap View or Tap Sound, then select Notifications and turn them off. You can also adjust notifications in Settings > Notifications to customize or disable specific alerts. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, consider disabling the Tap View or Tap Sound feature in the relevant settings.
