Been with spectrum for a couple years and have no issues. Traveled between Iowa and Vermont multiple times and always have reception. Traveled to Canada and the international roaming worked and was reasonably priced. Sometimes software updates on the phone are delayed but you do end up getting them.
I like the customer service. A specialist named ALEX was very very dedicated in helping me. I hope Tmobile will see my appreciation, but their prices are too expensive.
