Samsung this was definitely a deal breaker for me as I use Air Actions every day I was going to upgrade but I'm now sticking with my S24 Ultra I mean seriously Air Actions was the main selling point of the S-Pen
I will most likely be sticking with my S22 Ultra over the s pen Bluetooth. The S25 Ultra is a substantial upgrade but I don't want just a pen. While I admit I have only used the camera sitter feature a handful of times, it's there when I want it. With the S25 I will never have the option. Very disappointed. It could've even been been an add-on feature to order for those who want it, but they can't charge a monthly fee for it like they will for AI features so it's gone.
If you guys want to make money never take the Bluetooth function and Air Commands off the S Pen that's how you don't sell things you guys are listening to the wrong people you're listening to a very Niche amount of people with this AI s*** you want to make money build the S Pen into the fold phone and work on battery that's what regular people you know the mass who buy your phones want in all Aspen features not just a pin that writes on the screen and you lose the best features which are Air Commands whole reason I'm not upgrading to s25 ultra is that you ruin the S-Pen
During one of our sessions today at the Unpacked event, the Samsung manager confirmed that the S25 Ultra S Pen does not have Bluetooth. He said that the data showed that the Air actions weren't heavily used by users and removing Bluetooth helped with overall device battery life.
Yep. I cancelled my pre-order. So disappointed. I've upgraded my phone every year since the Note 4. I've always found an excuse to upgrade no matter how asinine it was.This'll be the first time that I will not upgrade. The S-pen and it's many features is what pulled me in. Now they're taking features away for no good reason.
Same I canceled my pre-order I don't understand why you would get rid of those functions like what's the sense of the pin at that point just the right I mean okay I do that too but I use all of the other features that the Bluetooth gives it. This was a reallylly bad idea Samsung!
