4 Classic doesn't auto boot up after recharging its battery from 0%?

I had to hold down its top right physical button to boot it up after its battery went from 0% to 100%. Is this by design?

@AntDude Yes, holding down the home key will turn on the watch.

Is there a way to have the watch turn on automatically after it has enough power like smartphones do?

No there isn't.

IME Samsung Smart phones don't do that. You have to hold the side button to turn them on.
