Active 2 watch shows overheating and powering off, sensors are not working

My Samsung active 2 watch  says overheating and turns itself off nether  the hr or stress sensors are working either any advise

Have you tried resetting the watch? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ If the reset does not correct the concerns, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. I had the same issue when using LTE with my Galaxy watch active 2. I assumed that it was the LTE causing the watch to overheat. I have since traded that watch in for the newer model without LTE.
