Galaxy WatchAll -
My wife's 40mm Active Watch2 (BT) has stopped charging completely. Need to know if I need a new battery or if the whole watch is toast and what the next step would be. (Haven't sent anything to Samsung for service before).
She got her watch in June. Over the past month or so, she has started to lose battery life much faster than before, even occasionally running dry by the end of the day. Today it wouldn't even allow her to get to the main screen and was at 0%. Also for the first time today, during one of the on and off charger tests we saw a red triangle with a thermometer indicating and overheating issue - which is curious because it is off and not charging currently.
It currently has no charge so I cant even follow the rebooting / factory reset troubleshooting suggestions.
She has only ever used the Magnetic charger that came with her watch. I know the charger works because I have used it numerous times for my Active Watch2 (BT) 44mm.
Would love any advice that anyone may have to help through this or any ideas what to do next.
Thanks so much,
Arch

Galaxy WatchI understand how frustrating this is. If you are unable to factory reset the watch or if a factory reset doesn't help, then it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician.
