Was working fine, charged, went to check time and the screen is blank. So, I can still feel the vibration and there is a tone when I get a text message or notification. unfortunately, I have no way of seeing it! Tried doing what I hoped was  turning off and turning on but couldn't see a screen to tell, any suggestions or help would be most appreciated.

There are several reasons why the Samsung smart watch display cannot be adjusted and the screen appears darkened or gray. Both issues can be caused by an accessibility setting, Outdoor mode, physical damage to the watch, a third-party app, or outdated software.
