Galaxy WatchHi All,
I noticed recently that the audio guide is not working anymore while working out although the option is checked in the workout settings.
Any idea what is the problem?

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Audio Guides not working on your Galaxy watch 5 and would be happy to look into this further for you. Just to clarify do all other sounds work on your Galaxy watch 5?

Galaxy WatchI too have the same issue now on Galaxy 4 following the latest update. ALL the settings appear correct, and I get the on screen notification but no the audio. Text to Speech is on, using Google engine. Worked perfectly prior to latest system update. All other sounds work, apart from this. Thanks for your help

Galaxy WatchHello, We understand the frustration of the audio guide not working. Some steps you can try are clearing the cache of the Wearables app, Watch Plug-in, and Samsung Health app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
Another step to try is resetting the watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If the audio guides are still not working, we recommend reaching out to the Samsung Health team directly by calling 1-855-795-0509.
