Why is my watch screen green and grainy? It is hard to read things on the screen because of this. Hard to tell from pictures but therr is a green tint

My guess would be or the only thing I could really find is it could have water damage or it could be to much cached data

I understand how upsetting this is. Does this occur on all watch faces? Was there a software update or have you installed any new apps recently?
