Camera controller not showing in watch 5 pro

I have a Galaxy watch 5 pro, and a Galaxy S24 Ultra, but the camera controller app isn't even showing on my watch. I can't find a way to download it. and i am pretty sure I should have it.

no, I haven't. Should i use a back up or set up as new watch?

You could try backup first. If that doesn't work, do it as a new watch.
