Can I sync the settings/apps from the Active 2 to my Watch6?

I currently have an Active 2 and just purchased a Watch 6.  Can I sync the settings/apps from the Active 2 to my Watch6?

Unfortunately, no, due to the active 2 being TIZEN OS and the watch 6 being WearOS. Completely different platforms

Well, the jump from the active2 to the watch 6 is a major jump, and since Samsung teamed up with Google a lot lately, they decided to put WearOS back on their watches.
