I change my my Samsung galaxy S10+ and I did everything to try conect my Samsung Active 2 and nothing happen, who can help me?

I have the "Galaxy Wearable (Samsung Gear)" app from the Galaxy Store. You can also add a device from that app by going to the 3 lines in the top left corner of the home screen. HTH.
