Hi everyone, after I update samsung wearable app I can't download samsung watch face anymore.

I used to download some samsung watch faces, but now not.

When I try to download, an message appear: "there was a problem connecting to the network. Try again later"

I tried everyday, with different ISP, but same issue.

Hello greetings, try to turn off and turn on the watch and the phone too. Something similar happened to me and that's the only way I was able to solve it. she tries and keep me updated please.

You can use these steps to download watch faces directly on the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080308/

If the watch faces are unable to download, please uninstall and then reinstall the Wearables app and the Watch4 Manager app (Plug-in). Also, be sure you are logged in to your Samsung account.

If you are still unable to download a watch face, please try factory resetting the watch to remove any corrupt files and stabilize the software. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the watch faces are still not downloading, we recommend having the watch evaluated at an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
