What the app says about the “Raised HR activity time” goal: “Measures your activity when your heart rate is in zone 2 or higher”.
How it actually works: heart rate in zone 2 is not counted (at least not for 10-15 minutes when workout walking is on). Only the heart rate in zone 3 is counted.
