Galaxy Watch 4 gesture note working :"Raise wrist to wake"

HI All,

I bought new galaxy watch 4 but getting issue with the watch. "Raise wrist to wake" feature is not working. 

Bedtime mode, the Power saving mode, and the Theater mode are already disabled. but still watch is not detecting any movement. for time check i need to touch screen or press button. could anyone help please .

Details : One UI 5

wear os Version : 4

Security Path level : 1 March 2024

Note::

Someone told me this gesture feature works only on premium samsung mobiles like ultra or higher end mobiles. Can anyone please share samsung mobiles list that is compatible with galaxy watch 4 ..  i have one non samsung and 2 samsung smart mobile (M10s and M33 5G) but feature not working on any mobile, (although all mobiles support games like pubg or call of duty). So want to confirm if is this true. And what all feature do not work on non premium samsung mobile.
