Galaxy WatchHello! I have an issue with my Galaxy Watch 4 that I haven't had ever. I started noticing this yesterday. Everytime someone would text me, it will only show me phone numbers instead of contact names. I did check the app itself on the watch and it only tells me "no contacts" with the black background; that's it. There's no plus sign, nothing. I did search this topic on Google and it did talk about resetting the watch, which I did twice, and nothing seems to be working. It also talked about looking at the app setting and seeing if the contacts show "allow", which I also checked and it does say that. I was hoping to find answers on this community and see what else there is to do. Thank you so much!!

Galaxy WatchI also have this issue - I've noticed it for a few weeks. I downloaded the Google Contact app, a brand new download on my phone and the watch, to see if it was an app glitch, and the same issue on their app.

Galaxy WatchI had the same issue start very recently. I've had my watch for almost 3 years and this is a first.
I've tried rebooting the watch. My phone has all the contacts & is scheduled reboot itself twice a week.
I was wondering if the watch updated & there is an issue with the software.
It's not the end of the world, but it is quite annoying.

Galaxy WatchMaybe it is the software. I honestly don't know and I haven't been able to figure out the issue.

Galaxy WatchMine has also been doing this. I've done all the same things mentioned here to fix it...it's very frustrating. š

Galaxy WatchMine started with the same problem a week ago as well. The first thing I noticed was that the weather app only shows the local weather, not the same locations that I have on the phone (in fact it doesn't allow you to add them either), then the contacts and the names in the call log. It doesn't sync the Samsung Contacts app or the Google Contacts app. I've already tried everything without a solution. Even with my wife's mobile phone and account, the same thing happens. I've had it for a month and I already hate it. >=[

Galaxy WatchHas anyone found a solution to this? No contacts, no calendar as of yesterday. Total reformat and still won't sync.
I am mortified. I use this for work.
Maybe have to switch everything over to anoyher brand including the phone.
Looks like a timed end of watch life software platform.

Galaxy WatchNothing for now...
I suspect it may be a problem with the accounts, maybe some problem on the server, maybe someone touched something they shouldn't...
It would be interesting to read the opinion of someone from technical support.
Regards

Galaxy WatchHi everyone! I have the same since around 2+ weeks. It seems like software compatibility problem. I moved the watch to another smartphone (from s9+ to the A33) and conctact list was available. Then I turned back to the previous one. After some moment the problem came back. So it seems like samsung has something to do...
