Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your alarm notification not turning off after being dismissed, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. I would recommend factory resetting your device and not restoring from a back-up immediately. This will allow us to rule out the software causing the symptoms you are experiencing. Give this link a try for the proper steps to factory reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If you have tried factory resetting and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend submitting an error report. This will allow our team of engineers to get a hands-on look at the symptom you are experiencing. In Settings, Modes and Routines try deleting the Sleep mode (you can add it back later if you want it). That solved a myriad of alarm issues I had between my phone and watch. Worked for me. Good luck

I am having the same issue. This happened to me awhile back as well but resolved itself after restarting my watch. This time though the problem persists after restarting once another alarm goes off.

I do not use sleep mode or any other routines.
