Galaxy Watch 6 Samsung Wallet won't add card but shows it added for 24 hours

So when I try to add my card to Samsung wallet it won't reach out to my bank. It says it's reaching out but it never asks me to verify with a call or text like it does when I add my card to phone, eventually times out, and says there was an error and to try again later. The card never shows as an available card to use from the watch. 

 
I then get an email from my bank saying that my card was added, and it won't let me retry for 24 hours, saying that the card has already been activated. After about 24 hours my bank sends me an email saying the digital card has been deactivated. 
 
I've been trying to get this to work since launch day.
 
I've tried factory resetting the watch twice with 0 luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the wallet plugin and Samsung wallet multiple times as well. 
 
Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with being unable to add your bank card to the Samsung Wallet app and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Have you tried importing the card from your phone that the card is already saved on?

If you have the Samsung wallet app on your phone, you can import your previously added cards to your connected Samsung smart watch. Using this method is a lot faster than manually adding the cards one by one. Let the shopping spree commence.

Note: Available screens and settings may vary by phone, watch, and software version. To use Samsung Wallet on your smart watch with a non-Samsung phone, you must update to Android 6.0 or higher. That's what I do. I select the card, it gets me to put in the expiration, cvv, and zip code, attempts to contact the bank but never gives me the option to receive a text or call, and errors out. I try again and it says the card has already been added and won't attempt to contact the bank until I get an email from the bank 24 hours later saying the card has been deactivated.

Hello, none of the card in wallet works. They are activated and work fine on my phone. They worked on watch 5 pro. Any idea what's the issue?
