Galaxy Watch6 Classic - no sound or vibrate for notifications

I am not getting sound or vibrations for notifications on my Watch6 Classic. All settings are correct, both on phone and in the Wearable app. I tried resetting and repairing my watch to my phone (S23+) and I restarted my phone.  Any other ideas? Thank you!

It seems like it might be limited to Outlook notifications. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app.

So, I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app twice, restarting my phone twice, and restarting my watch twice, and that seemed to work!
