Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your contacts not syncing properly, and I would be happy to look into this for you further. If you want to transfer content between your Samsung smartwatch and phone, the two devices must be paired through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. You may also need to allow permissions for certain apps. If you are still having some trouble, follow the tips below: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003149/
If you have tried the troubleshooting provided and are still experiencing these symptoms I would recommend a reset of the watch to allow the watch to go back to default settings and all the contacts to sync again. Give this link a try for steps to reset your Galaxy Smartwatch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
Also, here is an additional link for the steps to properly set up your Galaxy Smartwatch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00089162/
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps, and you are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be to contact our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 so they can remote into your device and make sure all the proper setting are applied to allow the contacts to sync fully.
