Galaxy WatchHello,
I have been using the watch for three days now; below is my first impression:
- The watch was fully charged and kept off for one day; the battery was 75% when turned on. Weirdly, it will drain even if it is off.
- First day of use, always on display off, adaptive brightness active, the battery lasts for 8 hours.
- Today, I took the watch from the charger, which was 100% at 7:30 am; now it is 11:00 am, and the battery is 83%. The clock shows that the battery's remaining life is 10:33 hours.
Is this normal? Is anyone facing the same?

Galaxy WatchBut as Samsung advertises, the watch with ''always on display'' will last for 30 hours, and without ''always on display'' should last for 40 hours, so I am keeping WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth always on; what's the point of turning off these functions to save battery in the smartwatches!
When the battery is switched off, nothing should consume the battery; here I am saying when it is completely off, not on standby mode.
With my previous watch (watch 3 Bluetooth version), I used to turn on everything (but there was no GPS or LTE), which lasted for 2 days.
The conclusion is that with this battery life, no one can live with it; it is more than enough to keep charging the phone daily, not to add the watch to this headache 🙄

Galaxy WatchI totally agree with you, when we are paying such amount we should get something better but we will not with the current players in the market...
The success company/names were forced to get out the market without mentioning the name, it is not our subject here...
Thanks for your comment

Galaxy WatchIf you are not running & need GPS to tell you how to get to your destination, or for BT if you don't need it to connect to another BT device for whatever reason, you don't need GPS / BT to be on, just bc you might need it.… when it is only a short term or temporary need. When I gointo the underground subway, on my phone, I turn off 5G, bc there is no signal & w/5G on, the fone will be searching futilely for signal. I save battery like that… Good luck!

Galaxy WatchIt is good to know that the screen will goes off not the watch.
Maybe I will think of your suggestion to turn off the GPS and BT, but again the battery should not drain as I am experiencing, I am from the people who doesn't like to turn off anything ( keep it on off on off) , I've been using Huawei mobiles before the Google ban because of the battery life...
Anyway.
Thanks for the suggestion

Galaxy WatchHello, I understand how frustrating it is for the battery to drain on your Galaxy watch 6. Give these troubleshooting steps a try for battery drain and help determining what is causing the battery drain:
1. Go to the Samsung members app and open the app
2. Tap on the support section at the bottom of the screen
3. Your Galaxy watch 6 or 6 classic should be listed
A. If your watch is not listed please make sure the software is up to date on your watch.
4. Install should be selected, tap on install
5. Tap on get started when it appears
6. Tap on battery status in the top left corner
