Hello!

Thank you for reaching out, I can understand doing so experiencing this symptom. Is your device able to power on to be able to reset the device? You can see how to reset your device by using this link, I would recommend doing this if you have not performed this already.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076952/

If the symptoms persist, after this troubleshooting has been done, the unit may require service. As your device is out of service, I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864.

If you're outside the US or have a non US model device please visit this link for the contact information for the support team in your region/the devices region for further support and any other available options. http://www.samsung.com/visitcountry

Mine does the same and it came abruptly. I have seen a lot of posts like that since yesterday, but Samsung said I'm out of luck.

Mine does the same thing, happens about 4-5 time per hour, doesn't matter what settings i have on or off. Factory resetting doesn't do anything, but the watch never gets above body temperature. Only thing i find that works, is it doesn't do it if i use it on top of a block of ice. Fat lot of good that does though, as body temperature is enough to overheat it.
