Galaxy WatchThe time zone where i live was updated to GMT +03:00 eastern European summer time from GMT+02:00 , my note 10 plus updated the clock automatically as i have the automatic time zone toggled on, however my S4 watch did not update the time accordingly, i tried resetting the watch and pairing it with the phone again but nothing seems to happen. The Date/Time setting on the watch is set to "synced with phone" and it's made unavailable so i can't even set it manually.
Watch Model Number: SM-R800

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch not syncing the time correctly, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. When your watch is connected to your phone, the date and time information is generated from the phone. If the date and time is incorrect, you can verify the Automatic date and time settings on the phone. Give these links a try for some troubleshooting steps for the symptoms you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003264/ and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084584/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link below to request service in the U.S. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer service directly at 1-800-726-7864.

Galaxy Watch@Yehia Ouf FYI, the SM-R800 is the Samsung Galaxy Watch. There is no S4 model. It came out after the Gear S3 but it is technically the Galaxy Watch.
When you said that you paired it with your phone, I'm guessing that it is via the Wearable app?
Also what phone are you pairing it with?
