Galaxy WatchThe touchscreen stopped working. I got this watch in April, and it was working fine until now. It seems that it is just the bottom side that it's not responsive. I restart it and updated it, but it is still an issue. What should I do?

Galaxy WatchGreat minds and all of that @james4321 The options become limited when only one of the peripherals are working and you've already tried the others.

Galaxy WatchHi,
I know this sounds dumb, but did you reboot the watch and make sure the screen is clean? Did you factory reset it after that? Also, is the bezel working?
Thanks!

Galaxy WatchHello!
Have you been able to perform a reset of the device? you can do so by following the steps in this link.
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If your symptom still persist or unable to perform the steps due to your symptom, I would recommend getting your device evaluated by a technician. I would be happy to look into service options for you. Could you please provide me with the model and serial/IMEI numbers for your device in a private message?https://bit.ly/2SUXRar
Thank you
