Hi! I recently got a galaxy watch 7 and I sync the modes with my phone. I've set the sleep mode on my phone to put it on silent, but the watch will remain on sound mode. On my last galaxy watch, if I activated sleep mode on watch, the sound setting automatically turned to mute.  Anyone got any ideas? :sparkles:️

Hello, Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it is for the screen to light up or the sounds to alert on your watch while you are trying to sleep.

Try clearing the app cache for the Wearables app and Plug-in on the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/ Restart the phone and watch after completing these steps.

If sleep mode is still not working, try resetting the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ Be sure to read the section "Before resetting your watch".

Try placing your phone in Safe Mode overnight to see if there is an app causing the watch to sound or brighten. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/

We also recommend submitting an error report to provide the data directly to Samsung: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

You have to manually turn the silent mode on the watch. I just put mine on vibrate mode.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your watch not going silent when being put into sleep mode. Just to clarify, do you have sleep mode set to use the Do Not Disturb function? Use this link to make sure your sleep mode is set up correctly: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/use-silent-modes-on-your-samsung-galaxy-watc...

Mine is doing the same thing!! I thought it was just me. It works most days but then there's days it doesn't work the way I have it set and I have to turn the "AOD" off myself
