Galaxy WatchI don't get why exactly but when i go from bluetooth to WiFi like when my phone is charging and I'm still wearing my watch, it usually will just notify me I'm in standalone mode and won't switch until i go into settings and tell it to connect to my wifi network. My former Android Wear watch did this seemlessly without me noticing but this watch i often lose my notifications when I'm trying to top my phone off and I'm still wearing the watch around the house . Going in and out of bluetooth range basically makes the feature worthless. When it does automaticly switch it's usually after 10 minutes of being on standalone mode. So what gives?

Galaxy WatchSame here. Just bought the watch and set it on Always on wifi but noticed that it disconnects after some time and then refuses to connect to the same SSID. It either says, authentication error, cannot connect to ...., or doesn't say anything.
Restarting the watch fixes it temporarily.
Keeping it on Auto, does not change from bluetooth to wifi when out of range.

Galaxy Watch@user51lRpe55AJ Can you re-confirm your model number? What is the error you are receiving when using Bluetooth feature?

Galaxy WatchThe model number is SM-R800 - Bluetooth
The issue is simple. When setting the watch Wi-Fi to "Auto", The watch does not change from Bluetooth to Wi-Fi, when the connected phone is out of its Bluetooth range.
The previous S3 model didn't have that issue so it simply looks like a software "bug" that needs to be fixed on the next Galaxy Watch firmware update release...

Galaxy WatchAh, we're talking about wifi issues in this topic. As previous users have mentioned, we are having problems with wifi stability and auto changing from bluetooth to wifi (takes a long time which makes this feature pretty unusable).

Galaxy WatchTypical response from manufacturers that have no clue, "please provide model and software" .
Just be honest and say you haven't got a clue.

Galaxy WatchHow come you don't know that the only carrier for the LTE model is Verizon?
You proved my point, you don't have a clue.

Galaxy WatchSame issue here with the watch. Wifi just wont autoconnect.
Also kinda embarrassing to watch how Samsung handles this problem.
