Google fit vs Samsung Health

Is there any one that has tried both health platforms and has insight into google fit vs Samsung Health on the watch specifically?

Yoi can use both, but if u have a Galaxy watch, u r better off using Samsung Health because of the ecosystem

While you can use both at the same time, I've preferred Samsung Health. To me, I love that the app automatically syncs my information up without issue and is fast. I also find it to be more feature worthy vs Google Fit. That's my personal opinion.
