When I look at ENERGY SCORE in the Samsung Health app, it shows HRV. I dis a Google search and read that the Samsubg Watch measures HRV using SDNN. I found this:
"SDNN calculates the average value of HRV. 24-hour SDNN measurements of less than 50 ms are unhealthy, 50 to 100 show compromised health, and values greater than 100 are healthy."
Yet, my Samsung Watch HRV score of "47" is categorized as "Excellent" in the Samsung Health app.
Can anyone link me to more information on how the Samsung Watch MEASURES and INTETPRETS HRV?
