How do I get the Samsung Galaxy Wearables app to load custom watch faces without spinning?

Anyone know how to get the wear app to load the custom face watch just spins on load never actually lets me go into menu to make changes any thing I can do that can fix this issue

Unpaired and erase watch, set up again, let it fully sync before trying again. Worked for me.
