How long can 5 pro be paused?

This info has been impossible to find! How long will Galaxy watch 5 pro stay manually paused? Guessing maybe 20 minutes before it stops pausing, returns to home screen ending everything re the workout. Yes sometimes need to pause that long and pick up the workout again. Often after about 10 minutes I'll start and quickly pause again just so it doesn't stop the whole workout because I left it paused too long. That's frustrating but do it because idk how long it will stay paused since it's nowhere to be found.
