@Jonatan Is your GW 4 an LTE version or BT version? Only the LTE version would have an IMEI.

The IMEI of you watch can be found in the Wearables app:

Go the the App, Then go to About Watch, And you will find the IMEI of your watch!

If its not linked with your phone, The original box should have it.

Also, Your IMEI is behind your watch!

If I have the Watch connected to my phone. I enter the Samsung Wearable setting but the IMEI does not appear, check the watch from behind and I do not see the IMEI number

Looks like your Watch isn't LTE capable, The IMEI would usually appear below "Serial Number", But if it's not there, Your Watch is a Bluetooth Watch and not a LTE capable watch.
