If you want to remove all of the Samsung Health notifications, you can just stop notifications from that app entirely in the notifications category in your watch settings.

That does not work. It used to even in developer settings but they have consolidated all of the settings.

When the notification pops up scroll down and just click "block notifications."

It's okay. I have all of the Samsung Health notifications blocked I could find including trying Ddveloper Settings. Unfortunately it's not listed as an app under notifications even in developer settings.
