If I purchase a Galaxy watch 6 Classic LTE in the US, will I be able to use it in Africa?

I want to buy a Galaxy watch 6 Classic LTE+ Bluetooth. I'm in the USA but will move to South Africa. Will the watch still have LTE capabilities outside of the USA or should I just buy the Bluetooth only

@Nozy The question is really, will you be able to find a carrier in South Africa that can provide the LTE account for the phone. You would need to find a carrier which provides service to Samsung LTE watch and then determine if they would support the US version of the watch.
