No more screen sleep mode on Watch6?

I just got a Watch6 after having an Active 2 for 4 years. My Active 2 had a setting where I could set the screen to sleep mode at night by pressing one setting button to keep the screen from turning on at night so it wouldn't wake up my husband with my light. 

I can't find the same setting button on my Watch6. Was this removed? Is there a good substitute?

The sleep mode button has been transitioned into Modes. From your watch home screen, swipe down into your quick settings, then press and hold Modes.
