One speaker isn't loud enough for a smart watch especially for listening to music. You're notifications and hourly chime would sound louder too. I will upgrade to the Watch 7 if it has 2 speakers.
My suggestions
1 speaker on the bottom and 1 speaker on top.
1 speaker on front of watch on top and one speaker on bottom front.
