Problem ending workouts and general lagyness in samsung health app on watch classic 6

Since some time my samsung health app is ultra laggy and buggy on samsung smartwatch

1. starting a workout takes forever to actually start +-3-5mins (if it is not autostarted)
2. the workout just WONT end and even after waiting 25mins it is still louding (the dots that go around in a small circle)
3. everything else has no problem and even google fit app does normal when i record my workouts with that

i feel like this has happened since the oneui 6.0 update and im generally at a loss for words that this has been going on for months.

already tried:

1. resetting cache in recovery
2. resetting the whole watch in recovery
3. resetting app (and deleting all data which was such a pain to do since i love to collect data)

so i guess im stuck with google fit which ACTUALLY works...

is there a  way to rollback updates its only been a few months past waranty and im starting to feel this was on purpose...

For the last week or so my S24 Ultra has been doing the same thing with several items I track. Blood glucose (manual entry), nutrition/meals (sync'd from Fatsecret via Health Sync), Sleep (most data ok, but snoring gets an error message), Body Composition (sync'd directly from the Inbody App) and other things seem slow. Most times the data entry/display page shows no data but has the 4 spinning dots. I thought it might be a Sync with Samsung Cloud issue because it also has the spinning dots most of the time so I've turned that on and off a couple of times with no effect. I also was using Good Guardians Memory Guardian and have uninstalled that with no effect. I've cleared the Health App and Samsung Cloud casches but that didn't do anything either. Having Memory Guardian clear the memory would stop the spinning dots and the data may appear for a while but the dots would soon start spinning again when I tried to enter data. I'm out of ideas, does anyone have any suggestions?
