Hi.

I have had my Galaxy watch for over 2 years now so I am afraid that the warranty has run out. I recently went to white water world on the Gold Coast and wore my watch on the rides. I have read that the watch is water resistant up to 5 feet of water for 30 minutes. I never wear it in the water and on this day I wanted to keep it on so I could track my steps. The watch did not go anywhere near the specs of the water resistance but now after a long time and many many attempts of trying to reboot, the screen is coming on but all fuzzy/unreadable. Is this a known problem?

I feel like my perfectly good working watch (pre-rides) is now useless and it is a little unfair as I followed the guidelines. please help.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is when your favorite watch is no longer working as expected. Unfortunately, as the watch has not responded to troubleshooting, it would be recommended to have the watch serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
