Galaxy WatchI have a Samsung Galaxy Watch and it won't numbersync to my phone. I have taken into Best Buy (where I bought it) and they couldn't help and told me to go see my service provider. Then, I went to At&t and they tried to help, but couldn't figure out why it wasn't connecting and to contact Samsung, so here I am.
Thanks,
Justin

Galaxy WatchHas anyone figured out a resolution to this issue? It looks like it's been over 6 months that people are still having the same issue.
@usereCGwoszvHJ wrote:Adam, I am having the exact same problem. I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch (Model SM-R805U, with LTE), and neither Best Buy or AT&T are able to get NumberSync to work. I was able to successfully register the watch on AT&T's network and it now has an assigned phone number, and ICCID. Every time I try to set-up NumberSync, the watch says "NumberSync Not Available". Is this something I should contact Samsung support on? Thanks > Joe

Galaxy WatchI have the exact same problem.
Bought it at Best Buy.
Neither Best Buey nor At&t can get the numbersync to quit turning off all the time.
When numbersync is on it works just fine.
But numbersync keeps turning off automatically and randomly.
I have to manually turn it back on every day.
Samsung Galaxy Watch:
LTE
model number SM-R805U
One UI version 1.0
Tizen version 4.0.0.4
software version R805USQU1BSE3
knox version 2.3.0
Note 8 samsung phone:
model number SM-N950U
baseband version N950USQU7DTA3
Android version 9
Can you tell me how to fix?

Galaxy WatchI had this issue. I called AT&T they said stick a pin to reset. I did what the agent said. Turns out agent was wrong and ruined speaker. I returned the watch to AT&T
