I washed my watch and now both my buttons don't work. I put it in "Water lock" mode first before washing my watch and then couldn't undo the water lock. I reset the watch to see if that would help and still nothing. Wondering if there's a quick fix solution for this or do I have to send it in? It sucks cause I just got the watch like over a week ago...

Update: The "Back Key" works now but the "Home Key" doesn't work.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the concern with your home button being unresponsive and would be happy to look into this further for you. Button malfunctions on your watch can be caused by physical damage or software issues. However, clean the buttons if there's build up of foreign material like lotion preventing them from properly working. Give this link a try: samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003250/

No matter what nature throws at you - whether it's rain or puddles - your watch will be perfectly fine. That's because many Samsung smart watches and fitness bands are water resistant. In other words, you can keep track of your workout when it's raining, or even underwater! If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
