Setup update paused waiting for wifi and lte sim setup problem in watch 6 lte

i purchase new watch 6 lte. After completing setup i saw in watch and it shows setup update paused waiting for wifi. I connected my phone and watch to same wifi and tried to complete setup during charging my watch and without charging my watch. Still not happening. Restarted my phone and watch still facing same issue.

I am trying to complete lte sim setup with my jio sim which i am using as esim in my phone same is also not happening.
