Sleeping patterns not recording

Hi

My watch 7 does not record sleep patterns and sleep score every day. In last seven nights it failed 4 times despite help from Samsung. 

Any suggestions please?

Is your watch snug on your wrist?

yes. Using watch 5 for 2 years and never had such problem.
