Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the low volume on your Galaxy watch 4 classic after up the update to One UI 5.0 and would be happy to look into this further for you. Please know that the Galaxy watch 4 series isn't compatible with iOS devices. Give this link a try for more information about compatibility: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00089822/
Since it’s strapped to your wrist all the time, it's a good idea to adjust the sounds and vibration settings on your smartwatch to match your daily activities. Alerts and system notifications can be customized to your needs, so you can rely on your watch throughout the day even if your phone isn’t in reach. Give this link a try for steps to manage the sounds and vibration on your Samsung Smartwatch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086082/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms I would recommend submitting an error report, as this will allow our Engineers to get a hands-on look at your symptoms. Give this link a try for the proper steps to submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/How-to-submit-an-error-report/td-p/247...
