my watch 7 has a issue. The DND  mode didn't work. Even I turn it on, when there was incoming call. It still ring ang vibrating. How can I fix It? I think it's the bug of ui6.0. If you got that watch, could you help me to test it? maybe we can report to technician. Thank you.

Same issue here. People that are not in my allowed list calls me late at night and the watch 7 rings, while my fold 6 don't. Please, correct this issue! This is very annoying.

Do you have modes synced between the watch and phone?  They are not synced by default. If you put DND on the phone, but not the watch, if the modes are not synced (turn on and one and it turns on on the other), the calls will still go to the watch.

Please Samsung fix the issue. It's very annoying. The watch wakes me up when in DND due to WhatsApp calls, as stated by others.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be to get calls through the DND feature. Do you have notifications for text allowed turned on in the DND feature?

I would also recommend submitting an error report as this will allow our team of engineers to get a hands-on look at the symptoms you are experiencing: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

I have the same issue. When I am in a different time zone, people are calling me in the middle of the night and the DND is not working on my watch for phone calls. It is synched with my phone and the DND logo shows as activated. Probably because the watch has its own eSIM? So the call is not coming through the phone but goes directly to the watch and probably Samsungs programmers didn't link the DND to that event.

This is a big issue and needs to be resolved please.

Have you opened the DND parameters to insure that the DND leaves out and lets in what you desire?  I must point out, that DND standalone has separate parameters than the DND that's activated during sleep mode.  You can have different parameters for DND in different modes.  So, if you are putting your phone into sleep mode and DND is activated for sleep mode, make sure those DND settings are the same as your normal DND.

The watch's e-sim has nothing to do with it, as calls do not come separately through the watch if it is connected to the phone. It has everything to do with the DND parameters for each instance of DND.

My watch exhibits the same annoying behavior. It has its own eSIM, and interestingly, when I remove the eSIM from the watch, it functions as expectedā€”DND works perfectly. However, once I add the eSIM back, the unwanted behavior of receiving calls and notifications resumes, even when both the phone and watch are set to DND mode.

This leads me to believe the issue might be related to the eSIM configuration.

Received updated. But that nonsense is still insane. Do not disturb is on, settings to silence al calls, watch in sleep mode. Some random bot called on WhatsApp in middle of night and woke me up. JUST FIX IT. Never had problem with phone s22 ultra but this nonsense with watch 7 is beyond adequate

As stated above the instance of DND contained within the sleep mode has different parameters than standalone DND.  Make sure that the parameters for sleep mode DND are set to not allow notifications from any app.  If this does not work for you, then I am sorry.  I do not use WhatsApp, so I am unbothered by it, but I see absolutely no reason for it to get through DND settings.  You could, of course, remove the companion app from the watch, which is what I assume is causing the angst.
